The Start of Our Long Journey To Isabella....One Year ago today!!

Here we are at the Moncton Airport at 5:00 am one year ago todoay.....waiting to take our first plane to Toronto.....Oh what a feeling we had in our stomach...leaving the boys behind for two weeks was killing me that morning....

Here we are waiting at the Toronto Airport with our travel buddies...Ray, Edith and Edith's mom....they were great travel mates!!!!

This is the big plane that we will sit in for 13 long hours......

What does one do on a plane for 13 long hours when one can't sleep....hope to have a window so you can at least look at all the beauty that is below!!!!

Our First view of china life on our way to our Hotel......it took us an hour to get to our hotel...oh my the driving.....we saw more bikes and suped up motor bikes than we had ever seen in our life...

Awwwwww....arrival at our hotel, The State Guest...we left a day early because if I was travelling this far and on an airplane for 13 hours...there was no way I was travelling on Friday the 13th!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

It was soooooo nice to be in our hotel room....that huge bed had our names written all over it....but not for a while....we had to get organized and seperate our suit cases to leave one behind and get our money envelopes ready so we wouldn't be rushed when we got to Nanchang. Our guide also said we should stay up as late as we could and go to bed when it was night time....ya well we lasted until 7:00 that night!!!

We met up with a few of our travel mates that night and the next day walked around the block of our hotel...too scared to venture out too far...then that afternoon our guide took us to the Airport Hotel....Sino Swiss, where we all stayed and flew out to Nanchang on the 15th~~~

Oh how nice this was to take a walk down memory lane....Don't hear too much about me taking a walk down memory lane when the boys were born!!!! LOL All I remember about that was wanting drugs and more drugs!!!! LOL Then I got my sweet little boys..who are now sweet big boys with some devil in them!!!!
